Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from 3D Gunworks. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resalable condition.

We understand that some products may need to be carefully test-fitted to confirm compatibility. Test-fitting does not automatically make an item ineligible for return, provided the product remains undamaged, unmodified and in resalable condition.

Custom or personalized products and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Before sending anything back, please contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including products ordered for an incompatible firearm or model.

If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or defective, 3D Gunworks will cover the appropriate shipping costs to make it right.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We cannot guarantee receipt of packages sent without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll inspect it and let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval, plus any additional processing time required by your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by 3D Gunworks.

Exchanges

We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or colour, you can return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos and your order number.

We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution at no additional cost to you.

Product Compatibility

Please review the compatibility information on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure whether a product will fit your firearm, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

Products returned because the incorrect model or version was ordered are treated as standard returns and must meet the return eligibility requirements above.
